My Current Gig
I am coming up on my two year work anniversary at Aelieve Digital Marketing - a boutique digital marketing agency based primarily in the Midwest. My job title is Account Manager, but being a smaller agency, it’s not uncommon for members of the team to wear multiple hats.
While the majority of my day is spent carrying out more traditional account management related tasks such as all client facing communication, managing budgets on projects, and creating/implementing tailored digital marketing strategies for clients in a variety of industries, I also oversee and manage our agency’s Local SEO program.
What I love about Local SEO is that it gives locally owned businesses a chance to compete with the big brand names in their area. By sending the proper signals to Google, we’re able to get our clients into the top 3 spots of Google’s Local Map Pack. This alone can make the world of difference when it comes to steady business!
